Valentine's day makeup: 2 looks for the price of one
Valentine's Day is here! And that means dressing up, putting on some fancy makeup, and looking beautiful for your man. (Or for yourself, if you're single - dressing up any time is really just the best.)
But maybe you don't have time to go home before your evening plans. And maybe you don't feel comfortable wearing red lipstick all day! Fear not, because this eye look pairs perfectly with a nude lip, a pink lip, or a red lip, and you can transition from day to night just by switching up your lipstick.
I chose two lipsticks that are super comfortable, and both of them are from the drugstore so they're really affordable. The first is a Wet n Wild balm stain that is very pigmented, but feels like a lip balm. I chose a bolder pink, but these come in more natural shades and if you're transitioning from day to night, you might prefer that. The second lipstick I paired with this look is the Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink, which goes on so smoothly and is a beautiful red color. I think finding a red lip that doesn't make your teeth look yellow can be a challenge, and this lipstick does the trick!
