Thank you so much to Nordgreen for sponsoring a portion of today's video! I am really happy to share this video with you today! I asked you guys on Instagram to share your long-form questions with me so I could do an advice video. You sent questions to a new email I created, askclassicallyabby@gmail.com, and you all really opened up - which I so appreciate. I kept everything anonymous, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on these questions as well!

It’s important to have the same values, family plans, religious faith and so on before you get into a relationship with a man. The lady who was with a man for 5 years who didn’t want to have a family was a waste of time (in many ways for her). It’s probably better for her to accept he doesn’t want the same things and move on, or she will just waste more time. And time, is something she doesn’t have. It sounds like he may have some unresolved childhood issues from his own upbringing that he hasn’t come to terms with.

I say this to women a lot, know yourself first before you enter into a relationship. Know what you can and cannot live with or without. Ignore the cultural narrative that encourages young women to pursue meaningless endeavors. Recognize what is fulfilling for you and what it is that is attractive to you in a spouse (I am not just referring to looks here). Be a partner not a backpack. Be the best version of who YOU can be first before you add anyone else into the mix. Don’t get into a relationship thinking that you can change or “fix” someone or thinking they can fix you. Especially, if they still have issues from their childhood. It’s a spouses job to encourage you, build you up, but not to fix you.

Anyhow, good video😀🙏. Keep it up!
